We love word play in our house and when the dogs play too rough (when we wrestle with them) and they leave an impression or mark on our skin, we call our skin "Gnawgahide." Also, when you buy a big bloated bag of chips expecting it to be full, but tear it open only to have the air release and it be half full...that's "Chiptease."

I have a couple:

vacspazztic - When your dog goes beserk over the vacuum cleaner.

strabies - a contracted form of "stray babies", those pets you never sought out, but came to be a part of the family anyway.

Similar to Crap-itizers, we have one dog who seems more likely to do this during the winter. She occasionally has a poop-sicle.

Ditto to all! Ihave a 155 lb. Neoapolitan Mastiff, 9 year old rescue. EVERY TIME! He can be asleep on the couch and when I go to the bathroom, he is "in like fulynt," It is a small, guest bath and he manages to put his entire body in there with me and then put his HUMONGOUS HEAD right between my legs. It is hysterical. I think, as one person said, he knows he gets my undivided attention. Sometimes, he even gets his favorite "blankie" and brings it in to pl ay....what a hoot! I adore him!!!!!!!!!

One of my dogs (a 95# lab) follows me in for pets and to check the toilet paper. He's hoping the roll is nearly empty so he can get the paper tube. He'll steal them from the trash or even rip it right off the holder if left unattended. I'm sure it's not the best thing for them to eat, but both dogs love to chew on (and eat) the tube.

I'm so glad it's universal! My 11 house dogs sit outside the door...if it's open a crack they push right in and hover around....pretty funny!!

Ha! This is something that is universal in nearly every household....I think possibly they know they will have your undivided attention, and you cannot get away. Baldwin is very respectful, Holly...well, she loses interest. But Gretchen! That girl is so nosy noting gets by her....she must be involved in every aspect of every moment I am home and this unfortunately involves the potty chair!

That is soooo funny! I was going to post on your facebook wall today, why do my cats follow me in there? Our dog isn't allowed (one of the few places), but the cats follow me in there every time! It's like that's the only time they want my un-divided attention LoL.
